  • India is the fifth largest producer of Africa coffee in the world, behind Brazil, Columbia, Mexico and Ethiopia. The monsooning process consist of exposing natural coffee beans in layers of 4-6 inch thickness to moisture-laden Monsoon winds in well ventilated brick or concrete-floored warehouse. This process is carried out on West Coast of India, making use of the winds from the Arabian Sea during the Southwest Monsoon months of June through September.

We roast our beans every Tuesday to provide the freshest coffee available. Orders must be received no later than 12:00pm Monday for that week of roasting. Orders ship by Thursday. Packaged in sealed air tight plastic bags.
