The natural drying method used in its production results in Avery full body with concentrated flavor, garnished with herbal nuances and a spicy fish. The coffee has low acidity and a richness that lingers on the back corners on your tongue. Notes of chocolate are evident in the finish.

We roast our beans every Tuesday to provide the freshest coffee available. Orders must be received no later than 12:00pm Monday for that week of roasting. Orders ship by Thursday. Packaged in sealed air tight plastic bags.
